CHILDREN
Children under 14, a treatment will last 30 mins - £20 per treatment
(please note, a parent/guardian must be present throughout the treatment)

Less than 24 hours notice a 50% cancellation fee of the treatment cost will apply. This fee will be required to be settled prior to any future bookings.)

For appointments conducted at my therapy room, could I ask that you arrive on time so not to impact on treatment time due to late arrival.

I supply the option to buy vouchers for treatments. These may be given as gifts.

These treatments can be booked during my normal working hours with no restrictions.
•
Where an appointment is booked and missed with with no notice given, the money received for that voucher will be used to cover the appointment lost time and the voucher will then be invalid.
•
These treatments are paid in advance and are fully flexible with 24 hours notice.
•
These vouchers are non refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash alternative.
•
These vouchers are required to be used within 6 months. Failure to do so will invalidate the voucher.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How many treatments will I need?
A client may have weekly treatments to relieve a particular condition but when he/she feels that their body is balanced they may have Reflexology fortnightly or monthly for purely relaxation or a treat.
Is Reflexology painful?
Where there are areas of congestion in the body there may be a little discomfort in those reflexes in the feet. These areas can be worked out by the Reflexologist to try and relieve this congestion but pressure will be reduced as necessary. A Reflexology session incorporates many relaxation techniques which more than compensate for any discomfort.
Is Reflexology safe during pregnancy?
Yes, however, I do ask that you discuss with your midwife that you intend to have reflexology sessions. (see separate page for contraindications)
Can I have Reflexology if I have a verucca?
Yes, Veruccas may be covered with micropore tape and the Reflexologist can work over those areas.
Are there any side effects?
After a treatment, you may experience more frequent visits to the toilet, a slight headache, a little diarrhoea, a feeling of being more energetic or more tired than usual. These are all normal reactions but should clear within 24 hours.
Does Reflexology tickle?
No it does not tickle as the pressure applied is quite firm.
How do I pay?
You can pay by cash or bank transfer using your name as a reference and I can provide you with my bank details.
